Subprocessors

Almanac uses the service providers below to operate, secure, and support the Service. A provider may process Customer Content or personal information only for the stated purpose and subject to its contractual and legal obligations to Almanac.

A service that you choose to connect to Almanac is generally a Connected Service, not an Almanac-selected subprocessor. Information sent to or received from that service is also governed by the service's own terms and privacy practices.

• WorkOS. Authentication, identity, Organizations, memberships, roles, invitations, and account security.
• AgentWeb. Connected Service authorization, credential storage, connection health, connector execution, and normalized provider records.
• Nango.Slack workspace installation and storage of the Slack bot credential used by Almanac's Slack Channel.
• Supabase. Hosted database and object storage for product records, Sources, uploads, and related Customer Content.
• Vercel.Website hosting, content delivery, and the web application's same-origin request boundary.
• Render. Hosted APIs, background services, scheduled jobs, and operational logs.
• Fly.io. Hosted Quill runtimes and persistent Organization workspace storage.
• Modal. Isolated compute for bounded Wiki refresh, Source processing, and model-assisted jobs.
• Browserbase. Managed browser Contexts, browser sessions, cookies, website credentials, and interactive browser access.
• OpenAI. AI model inference using relevant prompts, Customer Content, Wiki context, and Connected Service data.
• Autumn. Plans, subscriptions, entitlements, billing operations, and usage metering.
• Stripe. Payment processing, invoices, transaction records, and billing portal services.
• PostHog. First-party product analytics, session replay, and product reliability analysis.

We will update this page as our subprocessors change. Where a separate agreement requires advance notice or an objection process, we will follow that agreement.
